Day 01 Arrival:
Upon your arrival in Kathmandu you will be met by our office representative and transferred to your hotel in a private vehicle City Sightseeing: today in the late afternoon you will be a free day for sightseeing where you can visit places of historical importance like the Kathmandu Durbar Square the ancient palace of the shah kings of Nepal, Hanumandhoka, Temple of living Goddess, Kastamandap Temple which is very unique for it's myth which is believed to have been built by the wood of a single tree, Temple of Taleju, KalBhairav and AkashBhairav temples and you continue to SwayambhunathStupa a World famous Buddhist stupa.
Day 2: kathmandu to pokhara:
Today after breakfast we drive to pokhara in a private vehicle passing through beautiful villages and picturesque landscapes along the famous trisuli river. You can also get views of people rafting on the Trisuli River. The drive takes around -5 hours. On reaching pokhara transfer to hotel in lakeside.Overnight in pokhara.
Day 03: Drive to NayaPul and trek to TikheDhunga(1495m):
After breakfast you drive to NayaPul which means new bridge in Nepali in a private vehicle which is 42 kms and start trekking to TikheDhunga. On the way you pass through Birethanti and you can have great views of the pastures and bamboo forests and you have lunch in Ramghai and after trekking for about 4 hours you reach TikheDhunga. Overnight in Guest House.
Day 04: Trek from TikheDhunga to Ghorepani(2850m):
After breakfast you start trek and the trail ascends a steep stone staircase (which has about 3300 steps) and the trail takes you through beautiful pastures and cultivated fields and you pass through a large Magar village (an ethnic tribal people of Nepal who are of Mongolian origin) called Ulleri at 2080m. You stop in Nangethanti for lunch and slowly trek towards Ghorepani. Ghorepani in Nepali means water-drinking spot for horses and this was the popular spot for pony caravans. You reach Ghorepani after trekking for around six hours and from here you can enjoy the spectacular views of Dhaulagiri I (8091m), Hiunchuli(6441m) and Tarke Kang(7193m). Overnight at guest house.
Day 05: Ghorepani(2850m) to Poon Hill(3180m) and Trek to Ghandruk:(1950m):
Early in the morning you take a side trip to Poon Hills from where you can enjoy the majestic views of the Himalayas and sunrise. After spending about an hour you trek back to Ghorepani for breakfast and then trek to Ghandruk you reach Tadapani passing through beautiful pine and rhododendron forest where you will have lunch and continue trek through beautiful mixed forest reachGhandruk a large Gurung village an ethnic tribal community of Nepal whose ancestors migrated to nepal from Tibet in the ancient times. Gurungs are very brave people and a large number of them serve in the british army and have been decorated with prestigious british awards for fighting in the two famous world wars for the british. They have a very warm way of welcoming guests and people and treating them in a very special way.
Day 06: Trek from Ghandruk to Birethanti and drive to pokhara.
Today we will walk gradually along the steep down stone stairs trail for around 2 hours and we gently descend down enjoying the beautiful rice fields and reach syaulibazaar from here the trail is very easy as there are no steps and no need to walk up and down and within 2 hours we reach Birethanti we stop for lunch here and after 3o minutes walking we reach Nayapul and drive back to pokhara. We will reach pokhara in the late afternoon and you can do your own activities and in the evening enjoy a good dinner in a typical cultural restaurant.
Day 7: From Pokhara fly back to Kathmandu and continue your onward depart:
Today after breakfast fly back to Kathmandu in a domestic flight which takes 25mins and you can enjoy the spectacular views of the mountains just close to your eyes from your window. On reaching Kathmandu transfer to the international terminal for your final departure to your destination.
