Shivapuri Watershed and Wildlife Reserve situated about 20 km north of Kathmandu is the best spot to make a day hike or a bird

You will enjoy a moderate hike with your guide through the woodlands of Shivapuri National Park to Nagi Gompa, a hilltop Buddhist monastery where panoramic views of the Kathmandu valley abound can be seen. After spending time with Nun, having lunch snapping some unforgettable photos, descend down the hill and continue hiking through the woodlands, past waterfalls and out of the forest until you reach bus stand where our bus will be waiting for you.
